Патронният празник на Читалището е на 1 ноември. Читалището екултурно-просветна институция, която играе ключова роля в развитието на образованието, изкуството и културното наследство в община Дулово, като значително допринася за развитието на местната общност, особено сред децата и младежите. Planting trees The White Swallow - 2018 Community Center, together with the Dulovo Municipality, embraced the initiative of Gorata.bg for planting 100,000 trees throughout Bulgaria. Gorata.bg donated 600 honey trees to the Chitalishte, most of which will be planted in the area of Dulovo Hospital. On May 5, 2019, this initiative was launched, as children from the club "Dobrotvortsi" planted trees in the yard of Sofia University "Vasil Levski" Dulovo.

Birthday of DTS "Pendari" On 01.06.2021 Chitalishte "White Swallow - 2018" organized a celebration on the occasion of the child's holiday - June 1, playing various games and "Kaolin" JSC gave the children from DTS "Pendari" cake, on the occasion of their first birthday, which is 02.06. 2021 The birthday of the dance group is celebrated with a festive party on 04.06.2021. with the participation of TS "Pendari" to the Chitalishte!

Children's drawing competition "My spring" The White Swallow - 2018 Community Center announces a children's drawing competition on the topic "My Spring". More than 597 participants took part in the competition, from 50 settlements - 76 schools.

Cleaning the city park On 02.08.2020 participants from the club "Big Heart" at the Community Center "White Swallow", Dulovo, with a glove in hand and a song in his mouth, cleaned the park in the city. In 3 hours, 13 bags of garbage and 297 caps were collected, which will go to a noble cause. The activity of the club continues. We invite everyone who cares about Dulovo to join the future initiatives.
