Improving the urban environment
NGO "Durostorum-Drustar-Silistra" supported the idea of
Community Center "White Swallow - 2018" Dulovo to (re) image the place in front of the community center and turn it into a preferred youth space for various events and meetings with friends.
Within the initiative "Partnership for a beautiful and clean Bulgaria", the team of our Association joined the local campaign with a set of park furniture from pallets - benches, table and chairs, provided materials for work and flowers for beautification, as well as supported the activities with expert assistance and voluntary work. And in order to complete the brand new corner, we also provided a 120 liter basket for separate disposal of plastic.
Together with the children from the summer activities at the community center, their leaders, as well as active parents, we rolled up our sleeves and amidst laughter and jokes turned the garden and turned it into a wonderful place to relax under the shade of large pine trees.
This is another partnership action with our active and creative friends from Dulovo, which aims to change attitudes in the direction of protecting and beautifying the environment.
